But my doctor told me not to take this stuff because the side effects. He did not say in specific not to take it because my blood pressure. So I just don’t know what to do, if take it or not. What you people think?

I’ve been battling this monster for a while now and i’m finally at my wits end with it.

I need a sample nutritional plan for at least 7 days (2 weeks prefered) that will promote long term healthy weight loss, that is sweetener/sugar, nut and yeast free (gluten is fine).

apparently nuts are at the core of weight loss plans…as are sugar suppliments which only make my yeast issue worse.

the exercise thing is down, but it’s not making a difference. i’ve concluded that i’m clearly not eating in a way that’s helpful to my desire to lose 30lbs.

all serious help would be appreciated.

Hi, I’m a 14 year old and I am 5′7, 5′8ish and weigh 110 . I want to get to 118-120 with all or at least most of it to be lean muscle mass . I lift free weights with my Dad as my spotter 3 times a week, I play like 2 hours of basketball like 3-4 days out of the week too . I also take like 3-4 mile walks some days out of the week too . Please help with my gains .
